What Does the Color of Your Bread Tag Mean?

    My dad used to work for Mrs. Baird's bread while he was in college and I remember him telling me that this is true. I had forgotten about it until now...

    I've heard of this before, but I think some companies must have a different color coding system. Our bread tie is orange! lol.

    I've heard of this and bought a load of bread a couple weeks ago and the tag had a day printed on it that matched the color code I'd heard of for that day! If you think about stocking up on items like bread, flour, etc. then check out my 3 recent posts on Pantry Panic from a guest writer who had food bugs. I am making pantry cleanouts a PRIORITY now!
